So today's shake was a Strawberry shakeology with Coconut Milk and a whole banana.
Yum Yum Yummy.
My knee is killing me and stiff.
Yet I still did my 30 min exercise-made more difficult by Peryn stealing my weights every time I put them down.
Still hanging in.
Still under my calorie goal.
Hoping i don't give up....
